Fruit Flies is an unlockable familiar in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns 3 Fruit Flies - familiars that have a stacking 3% chance to explode into random Fruits while awake.

When the Fruit Fly dies, another one will spawn asleep for 2 rooms.

Defeat The Fallen Light as Tainted Recluse.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
