Opia is an unlockable active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Holds the item above Isaac's head - firing a tear during the animation will instead fire a soul tear.

If the soul tear collides with an enemy, all instances of that enemy are charmed for the room and Isaac will visually turn into the one that was hit.

The enemy that was hit will become Isaac for the room, being locked to his position and attacking other enemies nearby.

If the soul tear hits a boss, it will instead deal 4x Isaac's damage to it.

Defeat The Fallen Light as The Sign.
