Crossbones item
Crossbones is an unlockable passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
For every fourth enemy killed, grants a shield for 3 seconds that negates all damage.
The shield granted does not prevent Holy Mantle from being depleted, but will prevent death.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Fallen Light as The Forgotten.
