Papal Cross is an unlockable active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to a unique Angel Room with a free item as well as enemies to fight.

The difficulty of the room depends on which floor Isaac is currently on.

There is a chance equal to the current Angel Room chance to keep the Holy Papal Cross, or convert it into the Unholy Papal Cross.

Defeat The Fallen Light as Deli.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
