Forbidden Knowledge item
Forbidden Knowledge is a passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When picking up a red heart, does one of the following:
• 20% chance to spawn a Bomb.
• 15% chance to spawn a 
Key.
• 40% chance to spawn a 
Penny.
• 25% chance to do nothing.
These chances are weighed differently depending on the type of red heart, with 
Double Hearts and 
Scared Hearts giving the best rewards and 
Half Hearts giving the worst rewards.
