Forbidden Knowledge is a passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When picking up a red heart, does one of the following:
• 20% chance to spawn a Bomb.
• 15% chance to spawn a Key.
• 40% chance to spawn a Penny.
• 25% chance to do nothing.

These chances are weighed differently depending on the type of red heart, with Double Hearts and Scared Hearts giving the best rewards and Half Hearts giving the worst rewards.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
