Qur'an is an active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Removes all Black Hearts from Isaac.

For each Black Heart removed, grants 1.5x the amount of Soul Hearts.

If Isaac has no Black Hearts, grants a Half Soul Heart.

This item instantly kills Mom, Mom's Heart and It Lives, and will kill Isaac if used against Satan.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
