Lil Haumea item
Lil Haumea is a familiar in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Can only be obtained by using 
Telescopes or the Balls Up pill and cannot be found naturally.
Spawns an Haumea orbital that blocks shots and deals 1 damage per tick (6 per second).
Around 0.75 times per second shoots a shielded split tear that deals 4 damage.
