Lil Chest item
Lil Chest is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Spawns a chest familiar that follows Isaac and has a chance to spawn a random pickup or trinket after clearing a room.
The chances are 25% for a pickup, and 10% for a trinket.
