Milk! item
Milk! is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and spills milk on the floor upon taking damage, granting Isaac +1 fire rate for the rest of the room.
Can only be triggered once per room.
The puddle of milk is purely cosmetic.
