D7 item
D7 is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Restarts the current room and respawns all enemies.
Pickups may be granted for clearing the room again.
Has no effect in Greed Mode or rooms that had no enemies.
Has no effect in Boss Rooms, Devil Deals, and Angel Rooms.
Respawned champion enemies are unable to drop pickups.

| --- | Book of Virtues | Spawns a 6-sided grey die wisp in the middle ring. When the wisp gets hit twice, it invokes the effect of the D7 and turns blue. This damage is negated. The wisp won't turn grey again and won't be able to activate the D7. |
