Leprosy is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Upon taking damage, Isaac gains a body part orbital that blocks enemy shots and deals 7 damage per tick (30 per second).

A maximum of 3 body parts can be active at once.

Each body part can deal up to 30 ticks of damage and/or block 3 shots before getting destroyed.
