Angelic Prism item
Angelic Prism is an unlockable familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Spawns an orbital familiar with a large radius that splits any tear it passes through it into 4 multi-colored tears.
Also works for familiars' tears.

Defeat an Angel 10 times.
