Soul of the Lost is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Isaac dies and visually turns into The Lost, with all of his benefits and weaknesses, until leaving the room.

This allows Isaac to take a Devil Deal for free, take one free hit due to the Holy Mantle, and enter the Mausoleum / Gehenna door for free.
