Soul of Jacob and Esau is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Spawns Esau as a temporary secondary character, that can be controlled by the same inputs as Isaac, and dies if his health runs out, or Isaac leaves the room.

Esau receives items equal to the number of items Isaac has, each based on the pool of the items Isaac's were obtained from.
