Mirror Room is a room in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

The Mirror Room is a unique room that appears only in Downpour/Dross II.

The room contains a Mirror on one of the walls that can be used to traverse to the Mirrored World.

The Mirrored World is a left-to-right-mirrored replica of the current floor, but with empty special rooms, except for the Boss Room, which features another fight with the same boss.

The Treasure Room inside the Mirrored World contains Knife Piece 1.

The Mirror may only be entered after Isaac enters ghost form by touching the White Fire Place found on the floor.

Alternatively, the Mirror can be entered by The Lost, Tainted Lost, Tainted Forgotten, and Tainted Jacob's ghost form.

The Mirror can be broken with an explosion or certain tear effects, making traversal between the 2 worlds impossible.

If the Mirror is broken while Isaac is inside the Mirrored World, he will die. Having extra lives will keep Isaac in the Mirrored world, essentially ending the run.
