Ultra Secret Room is a room in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

The Ultra Secret Room is a hidden room not connected to any other room on the map.

Instead, the Ultra Secret Room may only be accessed directly via an attached Red Room, using Red Key.

When a Red Room adjacent to the Ultra Secret Room is entered, the hole in the wall leading to it is automatically revealed and may be entered even without clearing the room.

Alternatively, the Ultra Secret Room may be accessed via XVIII - The Moon?.

The room contains 1 or 2 items from the Ultra Secret Room item pool. It can rarely contain Greed Gapers, and very rarely a bunch of keys instead of an item.

Only one Ultra Secret Room exists per floor.
