I AM ERROR is a room in The Binding of Isaac.

A room that can only be accessed via rare scenarios, including glitches, and acts as a failsafe for certain events.

The room does not contain any doors, but only an exit leading to the next floor.

Contains at least one I AM ERROR Shopkeeper, and often multiple items from random item pools, pickups, beggars, and/or enemies, including bosses.

Once Delirium is defeated as Tainted Eden, items spawned in the I AM ERROR room have a 6.25% chance of spawning affected by TMTRAINER.

How to access the I AM ERROR room
• Telepills - small chance of a teleport.
• Undefined - 24.75% chance of a teleport.
• Teleport 2.0 - once all other special rooms have been explored.
• Red Key - by creating a door that leads outside of the map boundaries.
• Blank Card - when used while holding ? Card.
• Lil Portal - creating a trap door inside the Lil Portal room.
• Cursed Penny - 10% chance when picking up a Golden Penny.
• Leaving a Crawl Space through an unintended direction (glitching out).

Entering the I AM ERROR room from the Womb or later floors may result in a trap door leading to the wrong path, forcing the run to end early.

This room is not part of the playable area and exists outside of the map's boundaries.
