The Left Hand is an unlockable trinket in The Binding of Isaac.

Replaces all chests with Red Chests, except those spawned before picking up the item.

Will not convert Old Chests and Mega Chests.

Locked Chests in the starting room of The Chest will also get changed to Red Chests.
