A Sign is an unlockable passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

If Isaac has taken 3 hits these effects activate for the duration of the floor:
• Gain x2.5 damage multiplier.
• If Isaac has less than 1.5 speed, set to 1.5
• When hitting an enemy, 50% to inflict Burn and 5% to inflict Bleed
• Lose all hearts that aren't Red Hearts
( this doesn't activate if doing so would kill Isaac)

Defeat The Beast as Sinclair.
