Cetacean Heart is an unlockable passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On Critical Hit, inflict Bleed and gain +1 damage for the duration of the room.
When dealing damage to enemies with Bleed, 70% chance to gain +3 Poise Potency and +1 Poise Count.
