Nail and Hammer is an unlockable passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+2 damage.
+0.15 speed.

When entering a room all enemies will be impaled by nails, enemies with nails are unable to move. After 4.5 seconds the nails will be removed and inflict Bleed on all impaled enemies.
The nail's duration is increased for every Red Heart Isaac has.

Enemies impaled by nails take +30% damage.

When Isaac kills an impaled enemy, gain Fanatic for this room and 50% chance to heal 1 Red Heart.
