Implicit Contract Renewal is a passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When entering a new room:
Inflict 'Requested Target' to a random enemy, when the enemy is marked, a Magic Bullet will be fired aiming at the marked enemy, the bullet deals damage equal to (50 + DamageStat * 5)
Marked enemies spawn random pickups on death.
When the 7th bullet is fired, the target will be Isaac and it deals 4 Hearts of damage.
