Sword Sharpened with Tears item
Sword Sharpened with Tears is a passive item in Isaac's Limbus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Replaces Isaac's tears with a sword that can attack enemies in front of him.
The sword deals (3 x Fire Rate + 3.5) damage and knocks back enemies it hits and Isaac.
Holding an attack button for 4 seconds spawns a sword that orbits Isaac, when releasing the button, the sword will pierce the nearest enemy and inflict +5 Sinking Potency and +5 Sinking Count (Isaac can spawn a maximum of 3 swords for room and can be launched at the same time)
