Buttermilk item
Buttermilk is an unlockable passive item in Job, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac shoots a constant stream of poop tears in the opposite direction he's firing.
The poop stream will always have Soy Milk's fire rate and deal only 15% of Isaac's damage.
How to unlock?
Complete Boss Rush as Job.
