Forsaken Chalice is an unlockable passive item in Job, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
(What's a tainted item?)
On useSpawns one of the following near Isaac:
• 15% chance to spawn an item from a devil room pool for its according price in hearts (it doesn't count as a devil deal, thus not locking Isaac into devil rooms).
• 15% chance to spawn a 
Bone Heart for 10 coins.
• 30% chance to spawn a 
Black Heart for 8 coins.
• 25% chance to spawn a 
Rotten Heart for 5 coins.
• 15% chance to spawn a Black Sack for 15 coins.
Spawns discharged.
How to unlock?
Costs 92,000 points in T-Job extras.
