Praying Altar machine
Praying Altar is an unlockable machine in Job, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
After being touched, Isaac will have all pedestals in the run duplicated from now on (like 
Tainted Job).
Isaac will become haunted by the Altar Fiend.
On touch Altar Fiend will give Isaac 3 broken hearts, then remove the buff and disappear.
• Altar Fiend acts exactly the same as Dark Esau, and will even burn enemies on dash (but nothing else).
• As Dark Esau, Altar Fiend will always be prioritized by Anima Sola.
Praying Altars rarely spawn in few select super secret rooms, or angel rooms.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Job.
