Praying Altar machine
Praying Altar is an unlockable machine in Job, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
(What's a tainted item?)
After being touched, Isaac will have all pedestals in the run duplicated from now on (like 
Tainted Job).
Isaac will become haunted by the Altar Fiend for the rest of the run.
Unlike regular 
Praying Altar, Altar Fiend won't remove the buff if it touches Isaac, instead it will give Isaac a broken heart (though, this still procs any on-hit effects).
• Altar Fiend acts exactly the same as Dark Esau, and will even burn enemies on dash (but nothing else).
• As Dark Esau, Altar Fiend will always be prioritized by Anima Sola.
Praying Altars rarely spawn in few select super secret rooms, or angel rooms.
Tainted Praying Altar doesn't share a red glow in-game with the rest of tainted items. The only difference in visual from regular altar it has is a dimming red "TAINTED" in External Item Descriptions.
How to unlock?
Costs 66,000 points in T-Job extras.
