Card Sleeve item
Card Sleeve is an unlockable active item in Joseph, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
If the Sleeve is empty
Consumes the currently held Tarot Card, enchanting it onto Isaac while being held.
If the Sleeve is not empty
Enchanting a new card will replace the previous enchantment's effect.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as 
Joseph.
