Lil Blood Bank item
Lil Blood Bank is an unlockable familiar in Joseph, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and collects red hearts.
After collecting a red heart, it will drop a number of coins based on the heart's value (e.g. 
Double Heart = 4 coin drops).
There is a very small chance for it to drop Child's Heart.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Joseph.
