Lil Slot Machine item
Lil Slot Machine is an unlockable familiar in Joseph, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and picks up coins from the ground.
The familiar will spawn random pickups, or grant a Pretty Fly, after collecting 3 coins.
It can drop one of the following: heart, coin, bomb, key, or pill.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greed as 
Joseph.
