Obtained by picking up both The Necronomicon and Bomb Book.

On useCauses an explosion with Isaac's bomb modifiers to every enemy in the room in addition to all the effects of Bomb Book.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
