Isaac's Third Law is an active item in Library Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants the following for the current room:
+30 range.
+0.2 shot speed.
Makes Isaac's tears bounce off of walls.
Subsequent uses in the same room will grant only +4 range, and +0.05 shot speed.
