Different books can be cycled through by using the drop key.

Can be used when not fully charged if the chosen book has equal or less max charges than the current weird book's charges.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
