Colitis is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Each time Isaac fires a tear a poop piece is launched from the opposite direction.

When a tear collides with the poop piece it's redirected to the nearest enemy or another poop piece.

Each time a tear is redirected its speed and damage are increased.

This item contributes towards the Oh Crap transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac the ability to heal half a heart by destroying poop piles.
