Demon's Eye item
Demon's Eye is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac is firing, semi-transparent tears that deal 3.5 damage will periodically come from off-screen and follow him.
The closer they are to Isaac, the slower they move, and once they reach him, they disappear.
