Enlightenment is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac has a luck-based chance to turn a killed enemy into a Sephiroth familiar.

Sephiroth familiars orbit Isaac, deal contact damage, and block projectiles.
The familiar deals 4 contact damage per hit and dies after blocking 3 projectiles.

The chance to gain a Sephiroth familiar goes up to 30% at 8 luck.
