Mutation item
Mutation is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Regular tears fired by Isaac are turned into piercing Brimstone balls which slide along the floor and deal 75% of his damage.
Brimstone balls can hit the same enemy multiple times, which makes the ball smaller and deals less damage.
