Wellingtons is a passive item in Lost and Forgotten, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Water drops will periodically fall from the ceiling and turn into puddles upon impact while Isaac is shooting.

When Isaac steps into the puddle, it creates multiple tears that fly in different directions.

Each tear deals between 3.7 and 4.3 damage.
