Devil's Knife is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While not firing tears, if fewer than 4 scythe tears are orbiting Isaac, spawn one per second.

Pressing the fire button will cause all orbiting scythe tears to stop orbiting and automatically aim at and fly towards enemies.

Scythe tear can travel through enemies and obstacles, and blocks enemy shots.

Scythe tear can hit the same enemy multiple times, and deals 0.1 × DamageStat + 1 damage per tick (30 per second).

Shot speed affects the travel and orbit speed of scythe tears.

This item contributes towards the

Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
