Grudge Returning is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup For each Broken Heart Isaac has, the maximum heart container limit increases by 1.

While held For each Broken Heart gained, the maximum heart container limit increases by 1.

Replaces all VI - The Lovers with VI - The Lovers?. This works retroactively, affecting VI - The Lovers already spawned on the floor.
