Compressed tears become piercing and pull in nearby enemy projectiles within a certain range.

Enemy projectiles pulled in by compressed tears no longer harm Isaac and can damage enemies instead.

The larger the tear size before compression, the wider the pull range.

Compressed tears can hit the same enemy multiple times, and deal OriginalTearSize - 1 damage per tick (30 times per second).
