Teacher Qualification Certificate is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Each familiar has a 32.5% chance to spawn one of the following random pickups after clearing a room:
• 25% chance to be a random coin.
• 15% chance to be a random heart.
• 15% chance to be a random key.
• 15% chance to be a random bomb.
• 10% chance to be a random battery.
• 10% chance to be a random chest.
• 5% chance to be a random pill.
• 5% chance to be a random card/rune.

After losing any familiar, Isaac has a 0.325% chance per second to lose this item. This chance does not increase as more familiars are lost.
