Flapple is a familiar in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a Flandre Fumo familiar that follows Isaac and stops following to sing when too far from Isaac.

While Flandre Fumo familiar is singing, every enemy in the room has a 1% chance to be Marked per tick (30 times per second), akin to Rotten Tomato.

After finishing her song, the Flandre Fumo familiar explodes, dealing 495 damage without damaging Isaac and creating a Mama Mega! explosion in the current room.

If Isaac has no Flandre Fumo familiar, each time Isaac enters a new room, Flandre Fumo familiar has a 20% chance to respawn.

Isaac cannot have more than one Flandre Fumo familiar at a time.

This item contributes towards the Musician transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +1 flat fire rate, and make him shoot piercing and spectral sonic tears with wider size.
