Adds a chance to fire mahjong tiles that have 4 random styles.

The chance for a mahjong shot starts at 16% with 0 luck, and maximizes at 100% with 14 luck.

Mahjong tiles with different styles have different effects:

• 東 (East)
Summons an Epic Fetus's missile upon hitting something or falling to the ground.

The missile does not damage Isaac.

• 西 (West)
Deals 3x Isaac's damage and instantly kills non-boss enemies, and also instantly kills Great Gideon.

Can destroy doors and obstacles, including otherwise indestructible ones such as Key Blocks, Metal Blocks, and Pillars.

Can kill otherwise invulnerable enemies, such as Peep's eyes, Death's Heads and Stoneys & Stone Grimaces, and can destroy the armor of Tuff Twins and The Shell.

• 南 (South)
Spawns 1 Fire Jet every 0.1 seconds while flying, and creates four lines of Fire Jets in the ordinal directions upon hitting something or falling to the ground.

• 北 (North)
Gains a slowing aura that slows enemies' movement and attack speed by 75%.

Freezes enemies on kill.

Non-boss enemies in the aura have a 2% chance to be frozen per tick (30 times per second).
