Haunted Scroll is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Obstacles that can be carried by Pulties have a chance to spawn a Pulty with 1 HP per 2 seconds.

The chance is 1% per number of obstacles that can be carried by Pulties in the current room.

Additional Pulties will not spawn when a certain number are already present in the room, with the spawn limit determined by the room's size:
• normal-sized Rooms and Closets have a limit of 2.
• double-sized Rooms have a limit of 4.
• L-shaped triple-sized Rooms have a limit of 6.
• quadruple-sized Rooms have a limit of 8.

This item pays tribute to the item of the same name from the Calamity Mod for Terraria.

The design of this item draws inspiration from Kana Anaberal's characteristic enjoyment of frightening the residents of the mansion where she resides.
Additionally, her race is that of a Poltergeist. In the base game, the enemy "Polty" derives its name from a nickname for the term "poltergeist".
