Hannya Mask is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac's tears chains down enemies for 5 seconds, akin to Anima Sola, and spawn an Oni hand to slam for 3x Isaac's damage, but has a 5-second cooldown.

If the enemy is a boss, can only be chained down once.

When Isaac has Soul Hearts, replaces all Soul Hearts with Black Hearts.
