Fox Mask is a passive item in Reverie: Make Good Omissions, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On pickup Spawns 1 random card, rune/soul stone, and pill.

While held Upon using upright tarot cards, positive pills, or runes, enters Calm.

Upon using reversed tarot cards, negative pills, or soul stones, enters Wrath.

When Isaac exits Calm, adds 6 charges to Isaac's primary active item.

When Isaac is in Wrath, deals and takes 2x damage.

Using other consumables or entering another Mood will exit the current Mood.

The icon of this item originates from the mask worn by Hata no Kokoro when activating her spell card—the Kitsune Mask.
In the original work, Hata no Kokoro's Kitsune Mask is simply a white fox mask.

The effect of this item is inspired by the "Calm" and "Wrath" stance mechanic of the Watcher in Slay the Spire.
The term "RUSHDOWN" in this item's description directly corresponds to The Watcher's Power card "Rushdown" in Slay the Spire.
