Spawns a Shion familiar that follows behind Isaac and launches herself in the direction Isaac is shooting.

Shion familiar will consume coins in its path, and fires "Yaku", "Son", "Fu" danmaku that use Isaac's tears effects in all directions. She deals Isaac's damage.

When Isaac is near her, gains -3 luck, drops 3 Pennies and loses 3¢ upon taking damage.

Enemies near her drop a Penny when taking damage, limited to once per enemy.

Can store up to 8¢ charges. When Isaac takes non-self damage, spends 8 charges to negate this damage.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
