Che Guevara consumable
Che Guevara is a consumable in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Changes a random enemy in the room into a friendly one.
Can be used multiple times, and increases the chance to disappear each time it's used.
Cannot be dropped or carried to another room after used.
This item only appears with the Retribution mod enabled.
