Kremlin Flu consumable
Kremlin Flu is an unlockable consumable in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Slows down all enemies on the current floor for 30 seconds.
Enemies slowed down will be temporarily frozen after 3 seconds. The freezing effect lasts for 5 seconds.
While the card's effect is active, Isaac is immune to the chill room effect on the Glacier floor.
This card only appears with the Revelations mod enabled.

Defeat Narcissus as 
Martha.
